Christian HELP offers weekly job skills classes and training programs to help you with your job search. Weekly Job Skills Classes
Job Search Basics:
This class helps you to make sure you have a great resume, discusses having a fluid 30 second introduction, and gives an overview of interviewing and job search.
Online Application Basics:
This class helps you to navigate through online job applications and features insider tips on how to get through the online systems so a recruiter will see your application.
Interview Basics:
In a group setting you will participate in an interactive discussion about the do’s and don’ts of interviews and have an opportunity to answer sample interview questions.

Training Programs
Central Florida Jobs Initiative (CFJI) is a free job-readiness training program for serious job seekers who need assistance and/or coaching to help them secure gainful employment. Developed by the Christian HELP Foundation, the goal is to “equip and empower job seekers to become excellent employees”. This is, in part, achieved by identifying and altering traits, behaviors, and attitudes necessary for success not only during the job search process, but also after a job offer has been accepted. Participants must attend all modules to complete the program successfully. Participants are guaranteed an interview upon successful completion of the program.
