Marketing Senior Coordinator

PBNA’s South Division Team is responsible for developing and driving a nationally great, locally even better brand strategy for each of PepsiCo’s key beverage trademarks. Join the South Division Pepsi Marketing team and help ignite future growth for PepsiCo. Our team is looking for results oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative marketing environment. The Sr. Marketing Coordinator is a critical role to activate local marketing plans. This role manages broad communication to the Division (brand and national program details), all custom coupon development, invoice payment, sampling coordination, premium orders, packaging promotions and some program development. This role also helps support our Franchise Business Units in the Division.
Overall support for marketing team by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Support the team & agency meeting planning and execution
Support the Team with presentations and reports
Assistance with Division coordination which could include product ordering, sample coordination, marketing material distribution (POS and merchandising solutions), etc.
Assistance with communication of marketing programs and initiatives to the division
Assistance with media partnerships
Lead ordering and inventory management of branded premiums
Run sales, distribution and competitive data reports as needed to support full marketing team
Manage processing and tracking of invoices on behalf of Field Marketing Managers. Manage and forecast a full year budget
Minimum 3 years of agency or business experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree required; Marketing or related field preferred
Strong analytical skills
Strong detail orientation
Ability to function well in a team environment
Strong communication and organization skills
Results oriented with the ability to prioritize and complete assignments in a timely manner
High initiative and aptitude to work with minimal supervision
Ability to manage multiple priorities
