About the Job

The Production Specialist - Art Prints primarily focuses on overseeing the daily printing and production of art print inventory. The Production Specialist determines which art print inventory needs to be created in order to fulfill Wholesale, Key Accounts, Web and Storefront orders. This position will be responsible for maintaining quality standards of all art prints as set by the Production Manager, and for maintaining efficiency in printing, production, and assembly tasks. This role assists in other Production team tasks, including fabric processing, art print assembling, and other special in-house print projects. This role reports to the Production Manager.

What You'll Do

Oversee the printing, production, and assembling of all Art Prints
Interface with Warehousing and Fulfillment teams to identify Art Print priorities and special requests
Assist with all in-house printing requests and hands-on implementation of special projects as directed by the Production Manager
Maintain efficiency and quality standards of all products created, according to standards set by the QC team and Production Manager
Alert Production Manager of needed supplies, and work with Production team members to troubleshoot and maintain quality of inkjet printers

What You Have

Intuitive and teachable in production
Ability to work with your hands assembling small components
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy while working quickly and efficiently within a fast-paced environment
Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
Self-starter that also works well within a team
Ability to climb ladders and work on elevated surfaces from time to time
Ability to lift boxes up to 30 pounds
Ability to work within small and confined spaces occasionally
