The Project Manager will provide leadership at the Kissimmee Gatorade Facility by delivering project management, early management and organizational capability to flawlessly execute process and/or packaging equipment capacity projects, infrastructure improvements, cost management imperatives and strategic initiatives.
Main focus areas:
Management and oversight of projects that consistently deliver the project objective, world-class manufacturing, vertical start-ups, lowest total delivered cost, speed to market and sustainability
Lead EM and OC Pillars for the site in coordination with project deliverables
Support the development, execution and monitoring of capability of the team through standardized performance-based training (PBT)
Communication and collaboration with operations, R&D, procurement and external contractors/suppliers/vendors
Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure project execution excellence
Administer policies and procedures
Coordinate and manage Capex preparation, spend, alignment and approval
Knowledge and skill requirements:
Functional excellence in project management. packaging, processing with a strong emphasis in TPM, Early Management (EM) and Organizational Capability (OC) processes
Able to manage and track project scope, schedule and spending
Excellent communication/presentation skills with an ability to negotiate with vendors, contractors and consultants
Self-motivated, results and action-oriented
Able to make independent and sound decisions
Computer literacy (CAD, MS Office, SAP)

Salary range $81,000-$117,400
BS in Engineering, or equivalent experience and proven results
5-10 plus years of relevant experience
The ideal candidate must be a motivated, self-starter with good people and communications skills
Must be able to work effectively in a team environment with demonstrated success in influencing at all levels inside as well as outside the company
Ability to manage multiple projects of varying priorities simultaneously
Ability to interact with cross-functional teams and exhibit business leadership skills
Strong project management skills
Familiarity with OSHA, USDA, FDA, EPA requirements a plus.
Position is Site based with 5% travel for Training or Meetings.
