What will I be doing?
As an Administrative Support Specialist, you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards.
Generates and sends correspondence to internal and external customers
Assists in coordinating the outsourcing of collection accounts, and communicating with third party collection agencies
Confirms representation if an owner refers us to their attorney, including communicating with the attorney or legal representative.

The candidate will assist in reviewing and resolving accounts affiliated with Third Party Exit companies. The candidate will participate in coding accounts and processing legal settlements.
Additionally, the candidate will have experience creating letter template responses to attorneys and owners.
