Description
Westminster Communities of Florida, a Mission-inspired, fiscally strong, faith based, not-for-profit organization, is seeking an Assistant Executive Director (AED) for a Life Plan Community (LPC) located in beautiful Winter Park, Florida.
The AED is responsible for assisting the Executive Director in ensuring consistency of services and programming, efficiency of operations and maximization of revenue. This position requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills, for this individual will interface with team members and residents as well.
Simultaneously, the Assistant Executive Director must facilitate and promote a healthy living and working environment for both residents and team members within the community or campus. This position requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills, for this individual will interface with employees and residents as well.
Requirements: B.S. degree in a health related or business major is required; M.S. preferred. Florida Nursing Home Administrator License, plus 3-years experience as an NHA required. Five years supervisory and administrative experience required, inclusive of budgeting, program development and assessment implementation.
