The Advisor II, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

What will you do in this role?
As an advisor on our Team at Concentrix, you will:
Interface with customers via inbound calls who have questions or concerns that require additional support
Achieve specific support and resolution on each and every call
Use script and/or probing techniques to determine customer needs and offer the most appropriate service to address their needs
Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services
Who You Are:
As an advisor your empathy, integrity, knowledge, and unique compassionate style will bring value with every interaction. You also have:
A High School Diploma and/or GED
Prefer and in some cases require 6 months of customer service experience
Live within 35 to 50 mile radius of the Lake Mary, FL site
Internet Speeds of 10mbps download and 5mbps upload
Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
The ability to do rotational shifts as needed
