Assistant Internal Auditor – Holler-Classic Family of Dealerships

Holler-Classic Family of Dealerships, representing four new car brands and two used car superstores, operates on a one price concept where managers and associates embrace our negotiation free sales environment and a philosophy that the customer comes first.??The perfect candidate will work within our centralized accounting office in Winter Park (conveniently located near I-4) supporting both the dealerships and related companies in real estate and media industries. Prior accounting experience is required.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Perform operational and financial audits of company facilities and functions, utilizing developed audit programs, understanding of defined objectives, and risk assessments.
Analyze data obtained for evidence of deficiencies in controls, duplication of effort, fraud, or lack of compliance with laws, government regulations, and company policies or procedures.
Working with Lead Internal Auditor, prepare and submit audit findings and make recommendations to Senior and Executive Management.
Review policies and procedures to ensure effective design for maximum fraud prevention.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from four-year college/university in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, preferred
Prior experience in Automotive Dealership accounting, particularly understanding of inventories and work-in-process, preferred
Minimum of 3 years working in the accounting field, required
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office suite
Strong analytical skills, detail oriented, self-starter, and excellent communication skills
