Full Job Description

Join the growing e-commerce fulfillment team at Ravella. You’ll be working in our e-commerce fulfillment center for women’s fashion, helping to prepare beautiful order packages for customers.

This is a part-time role, 3-5 days per week, 4-8 hours/day (flexible based on your preference).

Primary tasks for the E-Commerce Pick & Pack Warehouse Associate role:

Picking, packing and checking online orders
Printing orders and shipping labels and sorting orders for shipment
Sorting, steaming/ironing, refreshing/stain removal, folding and re-packing clothing apparel returns (new/clean condition).
Inspect returned packages and items. Check for for garment defects and damage.
Keep warehouse and office organized and clean.

SKILLS REQUIRED - E-Commerce Pick & Pack Fulfillment Associate:

Experience in handling delicate garments and/or order fulfillment (pick & pack).
Highly organized, dependable and solution-oriented.
High attention to detail with speed and accuracy.
Positive attitude and able to work independently alone as well as being a collaborative team player.
Experience in fashion/apparel, retail, housekeeping, laundry or pick & pack/fulfillment is plus, but not required.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 1-2 years experience in apparel retail, warehouse/e-commerce fulfillment or dry cleaning/laundry; experience in apparel returns is a plus.

Located near our fulfillment center in Winter Garden/Orlando.
