The Sales Counselor's role is to utilize each step of the available systems to maximize results and to reach the sales benchmarks set by the Sales Excellence Initiative program and the budgeted occupancy for the community. The Sales Counselor work with the Director of Sales to conduct lead reviews, set goals and strategize sales plans to drive traffic on a regular basis.

If the Director of Sales' role is vacant, the Sales Counselor will work with the VP of Sales to ensure all benchmarks are met.
