Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet while working on-site in our Lake Mary office. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product and/or services. We are offering a $1,000 sign-on and retention bonus along with uncapped opportunities to earn up to $500 per referral.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
As a Customer Service Representative at Concentrix, you will:
Interface with customers via inbound calls who have questions or concerns that require additional support.
Achieve specific support and resolution on every call.
Use script and/or probing techniques to determine customer needs and offer the most appropriate advice or service for particular situations.
Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services.
Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include:
A High School Diploma and/or GED
Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred (or required)
Live within a 40-mile radius of our Lake Mary, FL site
Internet Speeds of 10mbps for downloads and 5mbps for uploads
Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills.
The ability to work rotational shifts as needed.
