Concierge Sales Agent
As a Concierge Agent you would call guests arriving within thirty days to confirm and assist guests with any questions in regards to the Orlando area, also confirm their reservation, timeshare tour, and the details of their vacation package. Welcome the guests the day of arrival, helping with transportation to the tour, and making sure that all parties required to tour attend as scheduled. Work at the resort and direct guests where they are to check-in for their tour.
LOCATION OF JOBS: Hilton Grand Vacations Corporate Office at Metro West and Call Center.
