Seminole State College of Florida is accepting applications for a Facilities Operations Manager from candidates with previous experience managing and supervising facilities operations.

Annual salary is $52,431 - $57,505, commensurate with experience and education exceeding the minimums plus excellent benefits including: employee health, dental and 1x annual salary life insurance coverage; generous paid leave benefits for work/life balance including vacation and sick days, paid leave during winter break; spring break; and 9 annual holidays.  In addition, employees participate in the Florida Retirement System and have several retirement options. The College pays a percentage toward retirement, based on the employee’s selected plan. 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of an acceptable equivalency diploma.
2. Five years of skilled work experience in one or more trade specialties.
3. Five years of management and supervisory experience in facilities operations.
4. Experience using computer applications and software.
5. Valid Florida driver’s license or ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment.
