Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher
Position Summary: The main objective for the Customer Service Representative (CSR)/Dispatcher is to handle incoming customer communications. The CSR maintains our God honoring culture by proficiently handling the fluctuating volume of requests and conveying time-sensitive information in a tactful manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive, respond to, and resolve all incoming customer calls, texts and emails with service excellence.
Review and prioritize work orders received from customers calls.
Confirm next-day scheduling.
Create work orders in OSIs Field Management software based on customer requests.
Handle and document customer complaints and ETA requests.
Notify team members of updates or revisions to daily schedule.
Report trends & cause-and-effect which may disrupt service.
Provide insights to Supervisor.
HS diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years of customer service experience is preferred.
Proficient in document and spreadsheet software, field service management software, and supply chain management software. 55+ wpm.
Adept at providing quality customer service, offering solution-oriented ideas to problems and conveying information in a time-sensitive manner.
