Telecom Inside Sales Development Representative (SDR)

3 weeks of paid vacation annually. Accrued on a monthly basis & available after your 90th day on our team.
No weekends!! Monday – Friday workdays only with max hours of 40 per week.
Flexible schedule available dependent on client need within M-F between 8AM – 8PM.
2 weeks of paid training before sales calls begin. We’re here to provide a foundation for success & ongoing training/development to help you grow.
Full insurance offering with competitive costs including medical, dental, and 401k (and much more!).
Monthly bonus has no maximum!! We pay for every qualified sale.
Starting base pay (excluding commissions) $13 per hour. Annual total salary range $27,040 – $32,440+. Our top Sales Consultants at TelAffects make $45,000.

Making outbound sales calls to mid-sized and small businesses to educate them on why they should change internet providers to move to the latest technology that our client offers while up-selling additional services with bundled pricing.
Executing with a proven sales process to close business.
Learning from the best in the industry as you Interact with key players from a well-known Telecom provider.
The ability to be an instrumental player in the launch of a growing program by providing feedback and helping us to develop the right sales processes that will lead to success.
Managing your time to meet individual productivity, dialog, & sales goals.
Documenting the results of your efforts in our clients’ system.

One year of Inside or Outsides Sales experience in the Telecom Industry, experience selling Internet services to Businesses a huge plus.
