French Bilingual Agents

The Reserves network is currently hiring French Bilingual Agents for a busy call center in Seminole County. Agents are the initial contact for individual s inbound contact via voice, email, and/or chat.

Must be able to speak/read/write French

French Bilingual Agents Responsibilities

    Deliver top level customer service, actively listening to the customer and engaging, providing solutions, making suggestions

    Receive multi-channel interactions such voice, e-mail, and chat correspondence and maintain and update customer database.

    Provide Customers with brand product knowledge and /or service information

    Maintain thorough knowledge of systems so that information can be researched and proper information is given to customer. Or able to appropriately escalate issues when necessary

    Be a problem solver, and have the ability to be first point of contact and able to resolve Customer issue in that one call

    Maintain a sense of urgency in responding to customer needs

    Feel empowered to recommend site or customer service improvements

    Achieve assigned Key Performance Indicators e.g. Call Handle Time, E-mail Response Time, Chat Response Time, Quality, Customer Satisfaction , 1st Call Resolution

    Attend team meetings/additional training sessions as scheduled

French Bilingual Agents Requirements

    Must have at least 6 months customer service experience, providing service at a high level.

    Above average French/English verbal and written communication skills-ability to speak accurately, using proper grammar, and good enunciation

    Ability to listen attentively and to use the information provided by the customers to tailor responses and actions to meet the customer s specific needs

    Ability to effectively probe customers to obtain information needed to process customer requests

    Strong customer service, analytical and decision making skills

    Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, changing environment

    Ability to operate a phone system, personal computer

    Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays

    Ability to perform basic mathematical functions

    Ability to type 30 wpm minimum with accuracy

    High school diploma or equivalent required
