CNC Operator/ Machinist

The Reserves Network is currently hiring a CNC Operator/ Machinist for a busy manufacturer in the Northwest Orlando area. The CNC Operator/ Machinist will be responsible for making adjustments to the machine to control speed, material feed and path of the cut, as well as make sure the machines are set up properly, working well, and producing quality product.

CNC Operator/ Machinist duties:

         Setup and Operator CNC Mills and Lathes.

         Mechanical Inspection.

         GD&T

         Read and understand blueprints etc.

         Deburring.

         General shop cleaning and maintenance.

 
CNC Operator/ Machinist Requirements:

         High School Diploma or GED

         Able to read complex technical drawings

         5 years experience of CNC Operator/ Machinist experience

         Lift up to 50lbs

         Able to use precision visual measuring equipment including micrometers, surface plate optical comparator, calipers, height gage, etc.

         Experienced in working with Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Alloys and Titanium
