Help Desk Analyst
$22.00-$24.00/hour- Orlando- Temporary
The Help Desk Analyst is primarily responsible for assisting users firm wide with software related questions and also troubleshoots basic PC hardware/network issues. This Analyst also assists with IT projects - evaluating and implementing new software. The ideal candidate must demonstrate effective communication skills and be capable of responding to users regarding a variety of complex questions in a professional, efficient and timely manner.
The position requires 2 + years’ experience troubleshooting software and hardware problems with detailed and specific working knowledge of a variety of software including and not limited to Windows 10, Nuance Power PDF, Litera Change-Pro and Citrix. Capable in formatting and troubleshooting Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook 2016. Experience with iManage FileSite and SysAid (Help Desk ticketing software). Law Firm experience is a plus.
