The Sr. Corporate Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Business Partner) establishes valuable relationships with internal customers (such as hiring managers) as well as with external and internal candidates in order to place qualified and talented individuals in the best roles in Christian Care Ministry. This position works to develop the entire employee life cycle (including recruiting, screening and on-boarding) utilizing industry best practice and partnering with internal business partners to create a culture that adheres to the best hiring and on-boarding practices.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
Develops and administers staffing/employment/recruiting programs
Works with hiring managers to document requirements of job openings
Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions
Sources candidates and develops networks of people processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
Pre-screens resumes and evaluates effectiveness of electronic candidate evaluation tools
Negotiates and/or supports hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers
Develops relationships with internal business partners for the goal of creating efficient, ethical, and industry-standard hiring and on-boarding practices in the ministry
Establishes and refines the Standard Operating Procedures for the Talent Acquisition team in conjunction with the hiring manager
Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications
Provides appropriate recommendations and advice to improve key hiring metrics
Represents company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities
Provides consistent and timely communication with all CCM applicants concerning their stage/status in the interview process and documents all interaction
All other duties as assigned

Advanced ability to communicate verbally in various settings (in-person, small group, Skype, phone, etc.) and to various audiences (candidates, hiring managers, community representatives, etc.)
Proficient at maintaining and managing a network of professional contacts and resources
Ability to analyze hiring data and forecast for future needs
Exceptional ability to craft written communication
Possess a “customer services” mindset
Ability to work proficiently with no oversight
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Greenhouse
Ability to travel and work with a flexible schedule

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years’ recruiting experience required OR
Master’s degree with 3-5 years’ recruiting experience
SHRM CP or PHR preferred
