Health and Wellness Prevention Supervisor
Full-time remote until brought back onsite after COVID. Post-COVID, attendance on-site in the Colorado Springs, CO or Melbourne, FL location will be required.
The Health & Wellness Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Director and Manager in supporting the Health & Wellness Team to engage members into better health by inspiring action and behavior change. Supports the Health & Wellness Department in successfully administering Health Partnership Program and Health Incentive Discount.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
Understand all Health & Wellness processes (i.e.: Health Incentive Discount, Health Partnership, Annual Verifications, PreNotes, and Employee Wellness initiatives)
QA & Internal department Call Monitoring processes for H&W department calls for both Admins and coaches.
Assisting the team in maintaining member touch points (graduation, engagement levels, documentation and SLAs for all Queues)
Assist in compiling performance metrics and diagnosing team member training needs for soft skills improvement as needed.
Comply with all organizational PHI/HIPAA requirements
Point of contact for Health Incentive and Health Partner exceptions and escalations
Researches on behalf of members relevant health research and information
Represent the H&W Team in departmental meetings regarding our Health Programs.
Ensure the Health Partner and Health Incentive member programs are being accurately administered.
Assists management in identifying ways to improve service.
Ensure team members adhere to all CCM Policies and Procedures.
Participate in the implementation of staff training programs, including initial and ongoing training and education for team members.
Praying with internal and external customers as appropriate
Maintain Certified Personal Training (CPT) in order to, cultivate an active environment for our employees by overseeing (or leading) as other H&W Team Members lead fitness classes, conduct health-related seminars based on the determined need, etc.
Motivate employees toward appropriate activity goals based on assessment of their age, ability, and fitness level with a focus on injury prevention.
This includes designing beginner, intermediate, and advanced class programs for employees with a variety of fitness goals and health-related restrictions (i.e. protecting them from injury).
Strive to model and maintain a healthy lifestyle and encourage others to do the same.

Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Expert skill with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Technology Skills - Ability view multiple user interface platforms across dual computer monitors, ability to adapt to new health technology and trends.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in education, psychology, social work, exercise science or nutrition preferred. Experience in personal training or working with individuals in a health-related field.
WellCoach & Personal Training Certification
