You'll be working with our production personnel to fill Kanban bins and supplying parts to our production line on demand. Additionally, you'll load and unload trucks with a forklift or by hand.
Documenting items that are low in stock
Efficiently organizing the stockroom
Remove packing slips to forward to the Purchasing Department
Receiving parts as they are delivered and storing in the correct location
Any other duties as assigned by management
This is a full-time first shift position, Monday - Thursday 5:30AM - 4PM. Overtime may be available on Fridays. This position pays up to $15 per hour, DOE.
Must have valid drivers license
Must have forklift certification (or be able to obtain)
Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Manufacturing warehouse experience
Experience with pickers
Familiarity with inventory control
Must be able to work in non-climate controlled environment where ambient air temperature can exceed outside air temperature
Must be able to bend at waist and knees and stand for extended periods of time
Must be able to climb into and out of interior boats
Must be able to wear proper safety equipment (PPE) as needed
Must be able to lift 50 pounds when necessary
Be able to use and maintain small hand tools (e.g. grinder, scraper, razor knife, blower, etc.)
