The Corporate Recruiter will report directly to the Recruiting Manager and the CHRO. This position and will require high volume recruiting and an entrepreneurial spirit. They will be responsible for filling open positions from the initial pre-screening process until the candidate has begun their first day. He/She will help company reach strategic goals by attracting and hiring top performing employees from entry level support staff to upper management.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Sourcing candidates for each department within the company
Utilize, decide, and manage all online recruiting resources and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to develop candidate profiles and competitive sourcing strategies for requisitions.
Update Recruiting Manager on all open requisitions on a weekly basis
Manage entire hiring process from start to finish
Assist in creating appropriate job descriptions and job titles for hiring managers.
Build diverse pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking
Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills/experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
Screen and interview candidates while providing feedback to hiring managers on candidate interviews
Manage and coordinate all communication, scheduling and logistics of all interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Assist in job offers and negotiating job offers between hiring manager and candidate.
Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy, work on own initiative, good planning, and time management skills
Assist employee through application and onboarding process with payroll system
Process new hire background checks and collaborate when needed with HR Manager to review for clearance
Assist and set up new hire file in payroll system with accurate data.
Assist in preparing various documents such as verifications of employment, offer letters, etc.
Assist with other duties assigned by management
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 1 year high volume recruiting experience
Advanced computer skills
Social media skills
Bachelor’s Degree Required
Bilingual in Spanish a plus
Self-motivated and enthusiastic
Self-starter, requires little to no supervision
Great communication skills
Ingenuity to think outside of traditional means of recruiting
Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills
Must be punctual and dependable
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Ability to take initiative and effectively adapt to changes
Able to use sound judgement; work independently, with minimal supervision.
Additions or changes in days/shifts may be necessary from time-to-time or during high volume times
