What we offer...

Paid Time Off – 4 weeks/year (20 days!), 85% of health insurance paid by company, 100% company paid Life/Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance, Short and Long term disability after 90 days. $18.00 to $20.00 /hour based on experience. Company sponsored licensing supervision available.

What we're looking for...

Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field preferred; however, equivalent training and work experience would be considered. Knowledge and experience in the areas of resident care, mental health and group facilitation. Knowledge of major medical and psychiatric case management, common medications and side effects, crisis intervention techniques, residents’ rights, and community resources. Have a working knowledge of specific Florida Statutes, Certification in CPR and First Aid as well as required HIV/AIDS training within 90 days of employment. Ability to stand or walk during most of the 8 hour shift and a minimum lifting capacity of 30 pounds. Candidate to possess excellent customer service skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Drug screen, Level 2 criminal background check, TB test and valid Florida Driver's License/clean driving record are required and all will be checked.
