The successful candidate will fill a critical role in meeting needs in urban pest management program development, quality control, and Team Member initial and recurring training. Candidates with a broad range of practical experience and scholarly interests will be considered but needs center around arthropod pests in urban residential and commercial environments. Candidates with experience and interest in integrated management of household pests and structural wood destroying organisms would be suitable for this position. Additional duties will include coordinating communication and collaboration of state licensing, annual corporate training events, and acquisition integration across the southeast United States. The position includes reviewing service agreements, scopes of work, marketing materials, and social media content for technical accuracy. Formal participation in the State and National industry associations, along with maintaining professional relationships with product manufacturers, industry researchers, and university entomology departments, is also required.

Qualification Requirements: M.S. and/or Ph.D. in Entomology with a minimum of 3 years of experience in urban entomology. Entomology Society of America Board Certified Entomologist or Associate Certified Entomologist. Applicants should have demonstrated effective oral, written, and electronic communication skills. Examples and demonstrations will be requested.

Salary and Benefits: Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Massey Services has an attractive benefits package.
