We are looking to hire enthusiastic and driven Outside Sales Representatives to generate leads and drive sales for our Home improvement and energy efficiency division.
The Outside Sales Representative's responsibilities include submitting regular sales numbers to management, assisting potential and existing customers with their Home improvement and energy needs, managing client portfolio based on the standards set by NCV and resolving customer complaints.
You should also be able to create and present persuasive sales proposals to customers to encourage sales and repeat business for yourself as well as NCV.
To be successful as an NCV Outside Sales Representative, you need to attend NCV hosted and/or sponsored training, you should be persuasive and have excellent negotiation skills.
Ultimately, an exceptional NCV Outside Sales Representative should be able to demonstrate effective communication and customer service skills to continually meet or exceed sales targets.
--Traveling within an assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers.
--Continually meeting or exceeding with helping homeowners with their home improvement needs.
--Learning and implementing the NCV sales strategy to drive sales.
--Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales.
--Being present for NCV meetings, training workshops, and industry events.
--Strategically negotiating with potential and existing customers to close deals.
--High school diploma or GED.
--Proven outside sales experience is a plus but not required
--Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
--Salesforce experience is a plus but not required
--Strong interest in improvement of sales skills.
--Excellent organizational skills.
--Effective communication and negotiation skills.
--Exceptional customer service skills.
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
