This position is based in the Orlando corporate office.

Some of the responsibilities will include:

Input all new cases into our Customer Relations Management (CRM) database in accordance with current protocols.
Provide excellent customer service via answering calls and e-mail correspondence.
Process incoming mail/faxes, distribute appropriately and attach/document to the record in CRM.
Input all documents in the appropriate case file in accordance with current document management protocols.
Maintain professional communication with clients and lienholders.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess:

A high school diploma or equivalent.
At least one year of administrative experience.
Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office
Demonstrable strong database management skills.
A high attention to detail and follow up.
Strong organizational skills.
Independent thinker and problem solver.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $32,100 - $38,000 (Total Cash Compensation)
