Landform of Central Florida, Inc., a landscape company with 33 years’ experience, located in Central Florida, is seeking a reliable and self-motivated individual to work in the mechanic department performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Other duties may be assigned)

• Perform routine maintenance as well as major repairs on company trucks, equipment, trailers, mowing machines and other 2 cycles equipment, according to generally accepted methods.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components.
• Keep all tools and equipment in safe operating condition
• Work to prevent / minimize need for future repairs
• Additional duties as assigned by management

Ideal candidates would have the following qualifications and experience:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience required
• Valid driver’s license required (CDL is a plus but not required)
• Positive, professional attitude with Co-Workers and Supervisors
• This is a full time position and candidate must be able to work flexible hours - including days, early evenings, and weekends (usually Saturday).
• Bilingual English and Spanish (preferably)
• Dependable, with a strong work ethic and be able to work in “hot, humid Florida” weather

Salary: $ 15.00 – 17.00 per hour (Based on experience)
