Handles all administrative duties required by the Sales and Marketing Divisions in order to provide superior services to our guests.
Generate reports from Delphi for daily/weekly/monthly distribution including last minute needs in a timely manner
Assign and track all leads on lead log
Distribute leads and accounts to correct sales managers
End of Monthly send out lead log to DOSM/DOS
Run daily DBR reports
Assist in turnover process by double checking Delphi FDC is accurate at turnover process including turnover distribution
Weekly Transaction Summary – ensure weekly signatures for transaction reports from DOSM. Reports to be filed in EOM drive.
Complete all invoices for the sales department including having full control of checkbook for the sales department, Checkbook (birchstreet), Sales Expenses (i.e. invoices), Director Expense Reports
Complete Sales portion of Monthly Owner’s and Trilogy Presentations (sales, banquet, and catering slides)
Forecast Monthly – Group Concession/Commission/Travel
Meet with DOSM/DOS to confirm any changes to forecast
Produce Powerpoint presentations for sales manager sites
Be able to complete all sales admin duties as needed
Assist Director of Sales & Marketing with any special projects
Updating contract templates
Must be able to work alone as well as work well with others.
Must have good communication skills.
Previous Administrative experience preferred.
Delphi FDC knowledge preferred
Must be extremely computer savvy (Microsoft Word, Publisher, Outlook, Express, Excel).
Previous knowledge of Delphi, Opera and Synergy preferred.
Must have good organizational skills.
