Office Administrator for Construction Company

We are seeking a part-time Office Administrator for our Winter Park office. The ideal candidate will be hands-on handling paperwork and construction knowledge is a plus
Have good phone etiquette and answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to customer and other business partners
Be self-starter and capable of working in a fast-pace environment
Capable to follow up on customers and business partners
Maintain an open and professional relationship with customers
Capable of processing paperwork for customers
Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage projects and deadlines
Possess a high level of accuracy
Have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range: 12$ - 16$
Benefits: This is a Part time position, so benefits are not included.
