IT Administrator/ Systems Engineer- Holler Classic Corporate Office
The Holler and Classic Family Collection of Dealerships is a family-owned group of auto dealerships, representing four new car brands and two used car superstores, that operates on a one price concept where managers and associates embrace our negotiation free sales environment and a philosophy that the customer comes first.
Essential Duties include the following:
Manage a clustered server environment including Hyper-V and VMWare platforms
Package and deploy applications via MS System Center
Update and validate Meraki Firewall polices & configurations
Microsoft Exchange server administration
Responsible for PC Imaging, inventory, and lifecycle support including updates and patches
Support a hybridized Office 365 to on premises environment
Administer Azure server infrastructure including Azure Active Directory
Document all relevant information including troubleshooting steps taken and resolution
Utilize knowledgebase and other available resources to aid in incident resolution
Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications
Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of hardware, operating systems, or appropriate software
Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organization
Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years in an information technology related field
Experienced with IT asset and infrastructure management
Administrator and hands on experience required for Microsoft Exchange server and Office 365
Experience with Server based OS including Windows Server 2012-2019
Able to package and deploy software including MS SCCM and Workspace One
Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Azure AD
Basic Knowledge of networking including routers, switches, UTM/Firewall and VPN
Strong organization, planning, time management and customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical people
Willing to participate in on-call rotation
Mindfulness of security disciplines and best practices
4-year degree in IT related field or equivalent experience. (Associates degree + 2 years of experience) Preferred
MCSA/MDAA Certification Preferred
CompTIA A+/Net+ or Server+ Preferred
