Position Summary Details

The Rental Car Driver will transport individual passenger vehicles (compact through large SUV) within the airport car rental facility to meet customer needs. Employees will be responsible for filling out basic paperwork to track vehicle movements as well as keeping in constant communication with our dispatch office.

*Hiring for: Multiple shifts available (working weekends is required)

*Location: Orlando International Airport MCO

*Pay rate: $12.25-$13.25 per hour with a $1,000 Sign on Bonus

Essential Functions

Communicate professionally at all times with guests, client, and teammates.
Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with passengers, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
Complies with all safety, security, compliance and safety standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities

Responsibilities

Transports vehicles providing daily transportation services at designated pick-up and drop-off locations

Inspects vehicles on a regular basis to find any unsafe conditions or maintenance issues

Immediately reports any incidents or claims to Operations Manager or Shift Lead.

Maintains safe driver designation and applicable physical and dexterity standards

Performs pre-inspection and post-inspection activities to ensure proper operating conditions, compliance with proper safety standards.

Miscellaneous duties as assigned

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must have a valid US Driver's License

Must be able to operate a vehicle day or night SAFELY and EFFICIENTLY and in all weather conditions.

Must be able to communicate by telephone/ two-way radios.

Must be able to read, understand and complete driver trip sheets and other documents.

A criminal background check, results of which are not necessarily a bar to employment, and a drug screening are required
