Public Allies Central Florida Apprenticeship
Who We Are
Public Allies’ mission is to create a just and equitable society and the diverse leadership to sustain it.
Through our signature AmeriCorps program, Public Allies identifies talented emerging leaders from diverse backgrounds and prepares them for careers working for community and social change. In our 10-month apprenticeship program you will work full-time for a non-profit or civic organization addressing critical community issues. You will also develop your own interpersonal skills through regular leadership trainings delivered by local leaders.
You’ll gain valuable leadership skills, receive personalized coaching to pursue your career goals, build relationships with a diverse network of local leaders, and participate in a national movement of leaders working for change.
We anticipate having 22-25 positions available. Apprenticeships typically start in September and last for ten months from the start date. Interviews begin in May and continue through July. Visit our webpage at https://PublicAlliesCFL.org/ to learn more about us.
