What you get to do:

Directly lead the Labor Team ambassadors
Main point of contact for park leadership to improve labor system efficiencies
Identify solutions that improve schedules created by TMM system to reduce manual adjustments/edits
Develop and maintain reporting to improve efficiency of processes
Produce schedules in accordance with company policy
Create and update scheduler rules files using department line schedules
Troubleshoot labor system errors to make recommendations for system improvements
Represent Labor Team in area meetings
Park-wide publishing of weekly schedules
Provide support to the Labor Analyst and Labor Managers
Perform other duties as assigned

What it takes to succeed:

A high school diploma or equivalent
Strong leadership, motivational and organizational skills
A friendly, proactive, service-oriented approach to problem solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
Experience managing labor on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
The ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and prioritize effectively
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working with all levels of leadership
Comfortable working indoors with A/C
Available to work varying shifts or hours based on park hours; i.e. be able to work opening and closing shifts

What else is important:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field preferred
5 years of SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment experience is preferred
Previous experience in Business Analysis team using TMM system is preferred
Level 7 or higher access to TMM Scheduler is preferred
