We are currently hiring for a Special Event and Trade-show Electrician for South Orlando area.

Pay rate $18.00 to $25.00 per hour based on experience.

We are a State of Florida Certified Electrical Contractor, that specializes in the installation and dismantle of Complete Portable/Temporary Electrical Systems for Special Events, Trade-shows, Concerts and Conventions.

We currently have an opportunity for someone to become part of our core team, which means you will be counted on and be a valued team member. You will be expected to Work hard, Learn, always be reliable, always on time, accessible etc.

-Candidate Must be able to Present* and Conduct** themselves in a Professional Manner at all times.
-90 day probationary period will apply to all potential employment prospects.
-Prospects will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
-Prospects must have a Clean Driving record; a DMV record search will be conducted.
-Prospects will have a complete back ground check. Past issues may not preclude you from employment but, they should be disclosed and discussed beforehand.

Prospect must be competent in:
-Electrical Troubleshooting.
-Lock Out Tag Out procedures.
-70E
-Use of Multi-Meters.
-Full Understanding of Three Phase Power is required.
-Ladder and Scaffolding Safety.
-OSHA Safe work practices.
-CDL- Class B License is Preferred or a Class E operator’s license is a necessity.
-Must be able to drive a 24’ box truck with standard transmission.

Dependability; Candidate must be able to be contacted and respond at a moment’s notice to the client’s needs.

-Must be available to work 365.25 days a year. Including; Flexible Hours, Nights, Holidays, Weekends, Split Shifts, Flexible Hours as the Event/Show requires.
-Being able to “Power Nap” is a definite plus.
-Fabrication, Equipment Maintenance skills are a plus.
-Mechanical understanding and common sense goes a long way.
-Must have dependable transportation.
-Must be able to fully utilize a mobile device for Email, Text, Photos and Directions etc.
-Some travel around Central Florida; mainly Tampa to Daytona Beach
-Ideal Candidate should live near South Orlando.
