(Immediate Need)

We need an IT server/network support specialist to administer an environment comprised of Linux and Windows servers plus Windows and Mac workstations. You will also be responsible for updating our website with new products, pricing changes, and seasonal specials. Every month, you’ll keep our customers engaged through email marketing. We're looking for someone who can work 40 hours per week full-time and fit with our DNA of maximizing ROI. We've been a launching pad for students who are now at Facebook, Deloitte, and Electronic Arts.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair hardware and software on Linux and Windows servers plus Windows and Mac workstations

• Configure Windows, email, phone, and voicemail accounts

• Update and maintain company website

• Provide technical support for software, hardware, and network related issues

• Develop computer information resources, providing for data security and disaster recovery

• Provide hands-on involvement and support of technology projects and being accountable for the ultimate success of such projects

• Survey new and emerging technologies, prepare ROI analysis, assist with acquisition and installation of equipment and software

• Ensure network and IP connectivity of all workstations, servers, and back-end office infrastructure

• Occasional data entry or import after marketing events

• Managing technical aspects of email marketing campaigns

• Be available for off-hours & weekend system failures or emergencies

Requirements

* Associates degree required, Bachelor’s degree or working towards one preferred

• Experience with web design and web applications optional but desired (PHP a plus)

• Excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills in computer hardware and software

• Excellent time management, presentation, and organizational skills

• Detail oriented, self-motivated fast learner and able to multi-task

• Dependable and reliable with a strong work ethic

• Ability to Interpret and apply complex technical information
