As a Game Changer or Representative at Concentrix, you will:

Provide inbound customer support
Probe to understand customer needs and share solutions
Care for Technical Support or troubleshooting
Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile


Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Our basic requirements for each of these positions are:

18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED
Live within 40 miles of the site and be able to work your full shift in the office
You will be expected to successfully utilize multiple systems on a PC throughout your day to day and must pass technical assessments to show those skills.
