Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business analysis methodologies and possess the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable insights. The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify business needs, analyze processes, and implement strategic solutions that drive business performance and growth. The Sr Business Analyst is responsible for delivering complex software development projects working with teams across multiple disciplines in a geographically dispersed organization, including working with vendors.

Requirements Gathering & Analysis:

Lead the gathering, analysis, and documentation of business requirements from stakeholders.

Conduct detailed analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop functional specifications.

Translate business needs into clear and actionable technical requirements.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, finance, and marketing, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects.

Serve as the primary point of contact between the business and technical teams, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned.

Process Improvement:

Analyze existing business processes and systems, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize business operations.

Project Management:

Lead and manage business analysis aspects of projects from inception through completion.

Work with project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet business objectives.

Accurately estimate project scope, cost, and timeline utilizing a range of tools and methodologies.

Quantify and analyze cost factors essential for delivering project outcomes, including resource allocation, project oversight, risk assessment, and contingency planning.

Document key assumptions and dependencies identified during estimation activities.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules and communication plans.

Proactively schedule and manage key deliverables, milestones, and tasks to ensure timely project progression.

Confidently lead and drive cross-functional projects, as well as individual project tracks within large programs, through the entire delivery lifecycle, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.

Manage resource assignment, budgeting, scheduling, scope prioritization, and change control processes effectively.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making.

Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.

Bachelor’s degree in a field of study, and/or equivalent work experience

Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks, methodologies, and tools.

Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

Experience with project management methodologies

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in digital photo imaging is a plus.

The hiring range for this position in Florida is $$89,000.00-$119,300.00 per year.

The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
