About your future team

You and the team will be responsible for providing safety and security support to the Disney Consumer Products (DCP), North American teams during planning and implementation of productions, events and temporary activation's.

Every day as Senior Risk Representative is unique, and depending on the day you might…

Serve as the Global Security point of contact for all productions, events and activations.
Ensure all support requests are accurately submitted and documented within department databases.
Review all new support requests and work to assess support levels needed for each production/event/activation.
Work with venue and/or 3rd party vendors to assess safety and security protocols.
Develop, maintain, and implement written safety, security, and emergency management/response programs and training for teams.
Assess emergency supply needs to source and procure needed supplies.
As needed, serve as onsite safety and security lead during productions/events/activations.
Support occupational safety programs to include ergonomic evaluations as advised by the manager.
Maintain department SharePoint sites, contact lists within emergency notification systems and other software platforms.
Develop and regularly update Key Performance Indicators, executive summaries, and similar metric dashboards to keep leadership advised of program performance.
Regularly monitor the company and local jurisdiction infectious disease prevention protocols, and communicate and implement execution.
Coordinate response efforts with business partners in relation to infectious disease case issues including employee notifications, health department, landlord and 3rd party vendor notification (as required), and employee testing protocols if vital.
Implement special projects, as advised, in a highly efficient manner with supporting results.
Support implementation of Crisis Management programs and initiatives, including but not limited to emergency response team development and program monitoring for East Coast facilities and staff
Maintain outstanding Guest Service both internally and externally.
Lead vendor relationships to ensure service standards and deadlines are being met, budget adherence and invoice accuracy, etc.

Here is what you will need to be successful in this role:

+5 years of safety, risk and/or Asset Protection experience required.
Proven experience leading complex projects with Executive partners.
Ability to think strategically, and communicate the broader vision to key leaders.
Proven attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the workforce, partners, and external business vendors.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Working knowledge of ergonomics and proficient in MS Office Suite.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
It would be a plus if you had these skills…

Investigation and/or research experience

Working knowledge of productions, events or similar work scopes
Safety, risk and/or Asset Protection industry designations (e.g., CSP, CPP, ARM, etc.)
