Inbound Vacation Planning Counselor/Customer Service Representative
As a Vacation Planning Counselor you will help our owners to make those trips a reality as you receive in-bound calls and place outbound calls to our owners and help them to plan vacations that will create lasting memories. Must be receptive to a Video interview and assessment prior to in person interview.
There is a 5 week paid training program starting (training is Monday-Friday during the day hours).The shift for this position will be Monday-Wednesday 11:30am-8pm and Saturday and Sunday 9:30am-6pm with Thursday and Friday off. Future start dates area also available.
· HS degree or equivalent
· 6 months Customer Service Experience
· Solid computer skills
· Exceptional listener
· Positively motivated
