Landform of Central Florida, a landscaping company with 26 years’ of experience, located in Central Florida, is seeking a full time Human Resource Assistant / Payroll Processer for an immediate opening.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. (Others may be assigned):


Recruitment efforts, posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications

Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process

Handling new hires and preparing/maintaining employee files, including legal documents

Maintaining computer system by entering and updating data

Provide customer service to organization employees

Ability to handle employee issues and concerns

Maintaining records related to reviews, grievances and disciplinary actions

Upkeep of various employee related programs

Job Requirements

Ideal candidates would have the following qualifications and experience:

A minimum of three to five years’ experience in a similar position

A background or education in human resources

Must be able to communicate clearly with employees in Spanish / English

Strong software skills, particularly with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Able to work under pressure and committed to meet deadlines.

Bilingual (English / Spanish).  Indispensable

Base Pay:  $ 14.00 - $ 15.00 / Hour (Based on experience)
