Job Duties

·     The Assistant Business Office Manager reports to the Administrator. You will direct the daily Business Office activities in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and industry standards, guidelines and regulations.

·     Counsel perspective clients to help solve their home care needs.

·       Utilizes appropriate company resources to maintain and develop business opportunities.

·       Responsible for leading the staff to provide excellent client experience; develop and implement initiatives to continuously enhance our client’s experience.

·       Ensure that eligibility for coverage and payment is maintained for every resident.

·       Manage all private pay accounts including timely and accurate billing and tracking of the payment of private pay bills.

·       Manage office processes for HR, payroll, scheduling, are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

·       Assists the office staff by hiring, training, coaching, evaluating office staff.

·       Responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that continuously enhance the client experience.

·       Oversees current inventory of medical, and administrative supplies.

·       Coordinates the smooth operations of front and back office through consistent and appropriate communications and relationship building.

 Job Requirements

·       Minimum 2 years of Business Office experience in the medical Field.

·       AS or BS in Healthcare administration or business.

·       LPN or RN with P&L experience or business degree may be a great match.
