One of our clients, who is a widely recognized credit card company, has an immediate need for Account Development Representative team members to increase their visibility in the market and to support driving acceptance of their card with merchants through out the US.

The job consists of telephone-based prospecting – cold calling - to small business owners and merchants who do not appear to accept the card as a form of payment.

You will be holding a conversation with business owners at their convenience in regards to their ability and/or willingness to accept the card as an additional primary form of payment.

Skills Required:
Interest/Experience in cold calling
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent phone and computer skills
Ability to demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem solving skills when making decisions
Solid organization and follow up skills
Detail and sales oriented, with the ability to work well under pressure and manage your time

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer our Account Development Representative:

Compensation of 12.00 an hour plus monthly commission opportunity

High energy, professional work environment

Monday through Friday 40 hours a week!! No Weekends!! Flexible Schedules between the hours of 8am to 6:30pm M-F
