ALDI is one of America’s favorite grocers. By the end of 2022, there will be nearly 2,500 ALDI stores across the U.S. To keep pace with this growth, we are opening a new contact center in Orlando, and need exceptional people to join our staff. Our Customer Service employees are a direct link between our company and our customers. Handling our customer inquiries through various channels, you’ll work as part of a team that recognizes the importance of providing exceptional service with a compassionate attitude. JOB TITLE: Customer Service Representative I - Inbound
REQUIREMENTS: Must be 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary, as well as maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must pass a drug screening and background check.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Receives customer inquiries through various channels including, but not limited to, phone, email and mail, and handles or escalates as needed. Receives inbound phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Places outbound calls as needed to assist with customer issues. Works in multiple phone queues as required. Recommends improvements to existing processes and procedures to ensure team effectiveness and efficiency. Assists in the training and development of new hires. Meets and strives to exceed established goals and performance metrics.
