Orlando - Billing Coordinator

The Billing Coordinator will perform complex billing on a monthly and weekly basis, including system file maintenance. In addition, this person will manage the production of reports upon request, and help monitor the WIP and A/R inventory for their assigned attorneys.

Qualifications include a high school diploma; an associate’s degree in a related field is preferred. A minimum of 2 years of billing experience desired, preferably in a professional services or law firm environment. Experience working in Elite and 3E billing systems preferred. Successful candidate will have a working knowledge of submitting electronic billing through e-billing systems and thorough knowledge of billing procedures.

Candidates must have an excellent attention to detail; strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment; analytical thinking and problem solving skills; ability to work in a team environment; strong customer service orientation and oral and written communication skills; and proficiency in MS Office.
