The overall role of the Admissions Representative is to contact and interview prospective students with the goal of ultimately helping them become new students within their location.
The Admissions Representative works closely with the Campus Director, Director of Admissions (if
applicable) and Campus staff in attaining these goals. The primary purpose of this position is to help prospective students find information about our programs and ultimately interview/enroll students to start school while maintaining the highest ethical and compliance standards.
. Prospect, interview, enroll and start students as assigned.
. To generate referrals from internal and external sources.
. Manage and organize community outreach events in order to increase
campus lead funnel.
. To provide support to campus staff to increase campus retention and
graduation rates as needed.
. To complete necessary paperwork as required.
. Meet with prospective students and facilitate the admissions process
up to and including prospecting, interview, enrollment and start.
. Customer Service Relationship building and Communication plan
. Multi-tasking various projects to help students through the
. Maintain and complete accurate files in compliance SEG and industry
. Comply with all state requirements and regulations.
. Complete all training's as required.
. Comfortable with communicating information on the telephone.
. Complete other duties as assigned.
