Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer sales related phone calls;
General clerical duties such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents to support the sales department.
Advanced user of Excel (Vertical Look UP and Pivot Tables) or Google sheets
Advanced user of PowerPoint
Working knowledge of Outlook/Google Calendar and other G suite apps
Knowledgeable on data analysis tasks and can adapt to do some market research
Work with Marketing team to format marketing/sales tools
Have some knowledge of web based research and working with web content vendors
Some light travel may be required 10%
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Ability to multi-task in a faced paced environment;
Be proactive in solving problems; take initiative
Good communication skills, oral and written;
A good working knowledge of the computer: Microsoft Office
Inside sales experience, a plus.
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
