Synopsis

Today’s organizations and workforce are facing an increasing amount of change, that include a growing aging and multicultural workforce. A growing skills shortage, increasing stress, changing workforce expectations and psychology, and a growing era of AI that are leading to uncertainty.

These organizational changes will require effective leaders to enable an engaging workforce and in turn provide organizations a competitive advantage. This interactive session will highlight these current workforce trends and the five roles that leaders will need to be effective. It will also address what will be needed in the growing era of AI which is HI (human intelligence). It will address takeaways for organizations and HR.
