The Central Florida Employment Council is a non-profit organization dedicated to facilitating connections between employers and job candidates through online platforms and community engagements. By offering networking opportunities through job fairs, seminars, hiring events, a local online job board, and availablity to career coaching/training services, CFEC serves as a valuable resource for both employers and job seekers.
For the past three decades, the Central Florida Employment Council has played a pivotal role in enhancing the employment landscape through its six major job fairs each year.
Mission
CFEC was organized to assist Central Florida Businesses in economically and expeditiously filling job vacancies through the effective placement of qualified candidates within the community.
Founded
Christian HELP Foundation, Inc. along with area human resource recruiting leaders founded CFEC in 1994. Today Christian HELP Foundation, Inc.is the parent organization of CFEC. All proceeds benefit the work of Christian HELP to provide jobs, food, resources and hope to local families in need.
