Overview
Central Florida Employment Connections is a non-profit organization dedicated to facilitating connections between employers and job candidates through online platforms, community engagements, training, and employment services. By offering networking opportunities through six of the largest job fairs in Central Florida, seminars, workshops, hiring events and in person employment services, CFEC serves as a valuable resource for both employers and job seekers.
For over three decades, Central Florida Employment Connections has played a pivotal role in enhancing the employment landscape through its six major job fairs each year and has become the most trusted workforce partner in the region.
CFEC Mission
To assist Central Florida businesses in effectively filling job vacancies by connecting them with local talent and connecting local talent to economic opportunities.
As your most trusted workforce partner, the Central Florida Employment Connections CFEC operates as a division of the Christian HELP Employment and Resource Center, with all proceeds directly benefiting the initiatives of this organization.

Founded
Christian HELP Foundation, Inc., along with area human resource recruiting leaders, founded CFEC in 1994. Today, Christian HELP Foundation, Inc. is the parent organization of CFEC. All proceeds benefit the work of Christian HELP to provide jobs, food, resources and hope to local families in need. Your personal contribution to Christian HELP will make a difference in the life of a Central Florida Family.

CFEC Advisory Board
The CFEC Advisory Board is made up of more than 25 professionals who help us stay informed about HR issues, hiring trends, and the economic climate in Central Florida. Their strategic guidance supports CFEC's growth and helps us reach our objectives by offering expert advice, addressing knowledge gaps, and sponsoring event locations.
