Overview

The Central Florida Employment Council CFEC is a premier employment and career network serving the employment community since 1994. We are a non-profit organization that works to match employers with job candidates online and in the community.  We are committed to "Matching People, Jobs, Education & Community with Integrity". Through employer network and learn sessions, job fairs, job seeker seminars, workshops, hiring events, online Central Florida Job Board and availability to career coaching/training, we are a resource dedicated to both employers and job seekers.

Mission

CFEC was organized to assist Central Florida Businesses in economically and expeditiously filling job vacancies through the effective placement of qualified candidates within the community.

Founded

Christian HELP Foundation, Inc. along with area human resource recruiting leaders founded CFEC in 1994. Today Christian HELP Foundation, Inc.is the parent organization of CFEC.  All proceeds benefit the work of Christian HELP to provide jobs, food, resources and hope to local families in need.
