We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our executive team.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our senior executives and assist in managing their schedules and day-to-day activities.

The Executive Assistant will also act as a liaison between the executive team and internal and external stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Support executive team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently.
Maintain and refine internal processes that support high-ranking executives companywide and coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflows.
Manage communication with employees by liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.
Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that senior executives’ priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld.
Manage the calendars and schedules of senior executives, including arranging and coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Answer and screen phone calls and emails, taking messages and responding as appropriate.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for senior executives.
Conduct research and gather information as needed for executive decision-making.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in project management or related field is a plus
Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
