Overview

The Orange County Real Estate Management Division is responsible for all aspects of real estate for Orange County including acquisition, valuation, disposition, leasing, and asset management. To accomplish these responsibilities, the Division has five teams: Right of Way, Appraisal, Development, Leasing and Asset Management. Each team supports the Division’s overall operations through their respective roles, as well as their collaboration with the other teams. The Division is seeking a hardworking, self-motivated organized person to join the team for the role of Program Coordinator. The Program Coordinator will assist the Division’s teams where needed for all Real Estate Management functions, to include but not be limited to acquisition, disposition, and management of real property assets for Orange County.
Representative Duties

Assists Program Manager as requested.

Organizes and maintains project files (electronic and hard copy) and closes files when directed.

Tracks and monitors project progress in Division software, ensures compliance with deadlines and provides updates to Program Manager.

Regularly follow-up with both internal and external agencies for requested documentation.

Schedules and participates in meetings to record decisions and follow up on assigned tasks.

Collaborates and builds relationships with County staff, attorneys, as well as outside consultants, property owners, and vendors to accomplish Division projects.

Point of contact for public and county agencies and responds to requests on project status.

Manages, Coordinates, and documents all communications related to the respective project or program.

Prepares and requests delivery orders and purchase orders for the team upon request.

Collaborate with team members to identify program goals and objectives.

Coordinate events, meetings, and workshops at the direction of the Program Manager.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience. Additional years of experience may be substituted for the required degree on a year-for-year basis

Ability to manage competing priorities, work well under pressure, and remain flexible to constantly changing schedules and demands.
Ability to establish credibility and be decisive, coupled with the ability to recognize and support the organization’s preferences and priorities.
Intermediate to advanced equipment and computer software skills required include Windows-based computers, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Pro, and virtual meeting platform.
Experience or ability to learn Monday.com, Aurigo and/or other project management or land management software.
Experience with or the ability to learn (within 6 months of hire) the County’s Land Development Management System (LDMS) software.
Florida notary license (or ability to obtain within six months of hire).

Educational Requirements
